Are you a Speech Pathologist looking for an incredible opportunity to make a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities? CPA's Alstonville site is actively growing its team, and we invite YOU to join the world-leading team of allied health professionals at CPA

As the industry leader in disability services, CPA has dedicated $50 million to research in cerebral palsy. Cerebral Palsy Alliance is a mission-based organization with a strong community impact. As a valued member of the Therapy Services team, you will have the opportunity to explore various areas of specialty including research, early diagnostic clinics, innovations, clinical governance, and management opportunities. We are proud to be world leaders in this space, and our passion for innovation drives us to provide the latest therapies and early learning programs to our clients.

If you are looking to work for an organization with a global footprint, extensive career development opportunities, and genuine investment in professional and personal growth, Cerebral Palsy Alliance could be the perfect fit for you.

About The Team

The Alstonville team is highly experienced and has consistently delivered positive client outcomes in the Far North Coast region for many years. There is a strong team culture built over many years, with a real sense of teamwork and collaboration when on site.

Due to the rural location, therapists will work within a multidisciplinary team with a broad range of diagnoses, ages, and disability types — especially access to early intervention clients, providing opportunities for rapid career development.

At Alstonville, average caseloads are about 40% on-site and 60% community-based, with outreach support across the Far North Coast. The clinic is well-resourced, featuring a fleet of cars, ceiling hoists, eye-gaze technology, a large selection of toys, specialized assessments, full switch kits, and three treatment rooms including a gym space.

We offer tailored flexible working arrangements to suit your personal and family needs.

What Can You Expect?

The opportunity to work both independently and collaboratively, making informed decisions that shape client care.

Extensive professional development, clinical support, and mentorship to foster your career growth.

Work alongside a close-knit, experienced multidisciplinary team of occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and physiotherapists who are experts in their fields.

Your clinical experience and opinions will be valued and acted upon.

Opportunities to mentor and supervise new graduates and students, if desired.

The chance to collaborate with research institutes and influence evidence-based practices.
