About the Role
This part-time position offers you the chance to become a key part of a retail team, where your main focus will be building strong customer relationships. You'll provide personalized solutions to ensure customers find the perfect product for their needs. In addition to customer service, you'll be involved in maintaining the store's visual standards and assisting in day-to-day operations. This role requires working across a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
Skills and Experience
- Prior experience in retail sales, particularly with higher-priced or premium items (preferred, but not required)
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and KPIs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy and the ability to work with sales systems
- Physical fitness for handling stock and moving around the store
- A commitment to providing excellent customer service
