About the Role
Our team member will coordinate project activities across multiple projects, manage schedules and documentation, and ensure smooth communication between clients and teams.
* Coordinate and support multiple large-client batch customized projects by liaising with sales, design, production, and installation teams.
* Act as a communication bridge between stakeholders, facilitating project schedule preparation and monitoring progress.
* Maintain accurate project documentation, including quotes, drawings, specifications, variations, purchase orders, and installation records.
This role plays a vital part in ensuring all projects are delivered to a high standard. Our ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
* Bachelor's degree or higher qualification.
* At least 3 years of experience in project administration or coordination.
