We’re looking for a Technical Sales Specialist who thrives in the space between sales, solutioning and delivery. Someone who can take a customer problem, shape it into a compelling solution, and help turn it into a high-value, win-ready deal.
This is not a traditional role.

What you’ll do
Shape opportunities, not just chase them
Lead technical discovery and turn customer challenges into clear, scoped solutions
Ensure every deal is commercially viable, technically sound, and executable
Drive win rates and deal quality
Partner with Account Managers to convert qualified to won
Strengthen proposals, SoWs and customer narratives
Protect margin and commercial integrity
Bring discipline to pricing, scope and assumptions
Reduce rework, scope creep and post-sale friction
Position integrated solutions across Cyber, AI, Data & AI, Managed Services
Move customers from point solutions to strategic outcomes
What success looks like
Higher conversion rates
Increased average deal size
Multi-practice deals becoming the norm
Delivery teams saying: "this was scoped properly"
What you bring
5–10+ years in technical sales, pre‑sales or solution consulting
Proven experience shaping and influencing complex services deals
Strong commercial instinct—you understand margin, risk and value
Ability to operate across:
Sales teams
Technical SMEs
Delivery leaders
Confidence engaging from engineer → CIO level
Microsoft / Azure / Cyber / Cisco certifications
WA Government or regulated industry experience
Experience with tenders, SoWs and structured procurement
