About the Role
Due to a strong, consistent pipeline of future projects we have an exciting opportunity for a Production Manager to join the team and take the lead in managing the delivery of prolific joinery projects post- award/concept stage, preparing projects for production through factory manufacturing and into the installation phase ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, budget and to the highest standard.
Your role will involve coordination with the Company Director, Factory Team, Contractors, Consultants and Clients to establish and maintain positive, close working relationships to ensure seamless project execution from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage project documentation including shop drawings and schedules over multiple projects ensuring everything is organised and easily accessible.
· Conduct regular site visits, attend site meetings, action items for completion to ensure correct installation achieving our goal of complete customer satisfaction.
· Supervise and manage the installation and subcontractor team.
· Act as the key point of contact for builder, clients and customers during the production/ installation process.
· Communicate regularly and collaboratively with production team to ensure project success.
· Assist in preparing client communication, including email correspondence.
· Follow company policies and procedures while contributing to the continuous evolvement and improvement of processes.
About You

· Willing to think differently and 'outside the box'.
· Competent computer skills and the proficient use of cabinet design software is a must.
· Sound knowledge of hardware, products and suppliers used in our industry.
· Previous experience in the mid-high end residential market and a knowledge of commercial joinery is highly desirable.
· Must be a trade qualified Cabinet Maker, Joiner or Shopfitter.
