About The Opportunity

We're looking for a Junior IT Support Analyst to join our Melbourne office. This is an on-site Level 1 Helpdesk position, ideal for someone beginning their IT career and keen to grow in a supportive environment.
In this position you will
Be the first point of contact for IT support (via Zendesk).
Troubleshoot basic software and hardware issues — or escalate when needed.
Assist staff with remote access, mobile devices, and application support.
Set up new users and exit departing staff from IT systems.
Configure, test, and maintain MK devices (laptops, docks, headsets, mobile phones).
Keep our IT inventory in check and make sure everything is up to date.
Support video conferencing, telephony systems, and printing environments.
Share knowledge and document processes so the team stays ahead of the game.
About You
You're keen to kick-start your IT career and bring
A qualification in IT or vendor certification.
Working knowledge of PC operating systems, networks, and hardware troubleshooting.
Familiarity with MS Office 365, Zendesk, and collaboration tools like MS Teams.
A customer-first mindset and strong communication skills.
The ability to juggle priorities, stay calm under pressure, and work well in a team.
Previous Help Desk or general application support experience is a bonus but not essential for this role.
