About the roleAs part of our ServiceNow Operations Team, this role works closely with other team members to ensure our customers always receive the highest standard of support.You will be both an individual contributor and a first line leader, providing technical escalation and operational support to team members in our Operations team.Oversee optimal delivery of ServiceNow managed services by all members of the ServiceNow Operations teamSupport the delivery of enhancements and deployment of new features.Resolve complex configuration and integration challenges.Act as a technical escalation point for Operations team membersTriage and monitor workload to ensure high quality delivery of work within SLALead technical day to day including stand ups, escalations, coaching with the teamWork closely with the ServiceNow Operations Manager to deliver on the team strategyBecome a 'ServiceNow evangelist' with our customer stakeholders, raising awareness of the platform and encourage further adoptionMaintain excellent service levels to our customersAbout youWe are looking for someone who is passionate about ServiceNow and the benefits it brings to organisations.5+ years in a ServiceNow Developer/Engineer positionCreative, strategic and thoughtful "hands-on" leader with "can-do" leadership approachStrong knowledge across a few ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITAM, ITOM, etc.Proven experience managing multiple tasks in a busy environmentAbility to describe ServiceNow Best PracticesExcellent communication and customer services skillsWillingness to learn and growRelevant Industry certifications such as ITIL, ServiceNow CSA, ServiceNow CIS, etc.Exciting time to join an expanding Multi Cloud Solutions Provider and ServiceNow Elite Partner with excellent reputationVaried engagements, environments and clients across both corporate and government sectorsWork with some of the brightest minds in the IndustryGenuine flexible work environment (WFH & Office)Solid investment in training and upskilling - certifications paid forMature team environment with a high level of engagementLocation: SYDNEY or MELBOURNE or BRISBANEFacilities for socialising and relaxingLots of company social events"Me Days" ~ equivalent to 1 extra week of annual leave$140,000-$150,000 package per annum + bonus + benefitsCulturePeople here have real relationships that go beyond work, and maintaining our awesome culture is a top priority at AC3.
