About the Opportunity
This dynamic and varied position is based in a corporate office, working within a friendly and supportive team.
As an organised and exceptional communicator you will provide comprehensive support to senior management undertaking diary and meeting management, coordinating events and multitasking various administrative tasks to drive organisational goals. Your attention to detail and ability to build relationships, problem-solve and adapt will be essential as you liaise with both internal and external stakeholders verbally and in writing.

To be successful in this role, you will have relevant experience in administration. You will be a self-starter and have a willingness to learn all aspects of our organisation's mission.
* Demonstrated experience providing executive support to senior management
* Superior Communication skills both written and verbal.
* High level administrative skills and ability to work independently.
* Excellent time management and organisation skills.
* High level of capability working with Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team and build strong professional working relationships.
