Transport and Civil Infrastructure is responsible for the provision, management and maintenance of civil infrastructure and the delivery of transport, traffic and civil infrastructure services.
Transport and Civil Infrastructure has both internal and external clients and provides service across a range of functional areas including:
* Transport Network Planning
* Transport and Civil Infrastructure Asset Management
* Parking Operations and Community Transport
* Construction and Maintenance of Civil Infrastructure
* Plant, Fleet and Stores Management
* Business Operations

Our Opportunity
The key focus areas of this role include:
* Provide high quality, effective, and responsive administrative support to the Construction and Maintenance team within the Transport and Civil Infrastructure business unit.
* Ensure the overall operations of the Transport and Civil Infrastructure office, including arranging facilities maintenance, ordering supplies, and replacement of equipment as required.
* Coordination of department and committee meetings as required, including venue booking, diary management, minute taking and dissemination of required documentation such as agendas and minutes.
* Management of the procurement process including purchase ordering and invoicing.
* Preparation of quality correspondence including reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
* Assist with the ongoing development of improvements for the service, including supporting change management, process and procedure reviews, and performance enhancements.
