Join Santa’s Squad This Christmas! No experience needed — just bring the vibe. Scene to Believe are the magic makers behind the scenes at almost every Santa photo set you see in shopping centres across Australia and New Zealand. We’re hiring Christmas Experience Team Members (aka Elves!) across Australia and New Zealand at sites in the Traralgon Region.
As One Of Santa’s Elves, You’ll be part of a short-term role that’s fun and festive, helping create magical photo moments with Santa and ensuring a smooth, joyful experience for families.
Responsibilities
- Welcome families and keep the Christmas cheer flowing
- Help capture magical photo moments with Santa
- Keep things smooth, fun, and stress-free for kids and grown-ups
- Package up photo prints and keepsakes with care
- Bring valuable energy, great people skills, and festive spirit
- Be available from early Nov to Christmas Eve
- Have (or be able to get) a Working with Children Check/Blue Card

- Entry level role
- Working with Children Check/Blue Card (or ability to obtain)
