About the Role
As a Customer Service Truck Operator, you will have the responsibility for working across all aspects of a warehousing environment including trade store operations, customer service, warehousing and general duties.
Some tasks as part of this role include:
- Picking & Packing orders on a daily basis
- Dealing with Customers face-to-face & over the phone
- Assist with stock take / inventory counts process to ensure accurate inventory records are maintained
- Regularly check & create orders
- Receipt goods & checking off paperwork while maintaining due diligence
- Loading/unloading customer vehicles
- Maintain operational equipment and report any faults or damage to management
- Record and report any customer complaints to the Trade Stores Manager regarding product and / or service via Knauf's complaint and customer procedures
- General warehouse duties & house keeping
