**About the Position**
The People and Talent Team at Bond University is seeking a skilled and experienced People Administrator to support the Chief People Officer and Deputy Director/Head of Partnering. This role will contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture by performing a variety of administrative and HR-related tasks, including:
- Providing diary management and administrative support to the Chief People Officer and Deputy Director/Head of Partnering
- Undertaking a range of HR administrative and finance tasks
- Assisting with employee engagement activities and People and Talent events
- Contributing to broader HR initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience
**This 0.6 FTE role will be structured as 5.5 hours per day, Tuesday to Friday.**
**About the person**:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS, and Payroll systems is essential, along with a sound understanding of financial processes. Attention to detail, the ability to handle confidential information with care, and the capacity to work both independently and in a team are also vital.
**Salary details**:
The salary for this 0.6 FTE position commences at $41,905.90 per annum (Full-time Equivalent is $69,843.17 per annum) plus 12% superannuation per annum.
