Maintenance Supervisor Role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance activities at our site. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to develop their maintenance management skills and progress their career.
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe delivery of our maintenance plan. This includes continuously reviewing maintenance activities to optimize business performance and ensure the reliability of our assets.
* Facilitate planned maintenance shutdowns for our Quarry and production facility
* Oversee the repair and maintenance operations for the Attunga site
* Manage maintenance activities to meet required performance standards within budgeted Operating Expenditure (OpEx)
You will also be responsible for:
* Planning and overseeing kilns, hydrator, PLS, crushing and quarry outages to ensure plant reliability
* Supervising and supporting Maintenance Tradespersons, contractors and visitors to achieve daily KPI's while adhering to safety, quality and environmental requirements
* Coordinating safety risk management activities and maintaining site and plant housekeeping
This role requires an experienced people leader with maintenance and production experience in a medium to large scale industrial manufacturing environment. You must have the right to live and work in Australia to be considered for this role.
