An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Property Management Business Development Manager to join a well-established agency with a strong reputation and serious growth plans.
With over 20 years in the market, this business is recognised locally for its results, relationships, and long-standing presence. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to add a second BDM to their team, with clearly defined geographic areas and excellent support already in place.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for growing the rent roll within a high-growth corridor, combining proactive prospecting with strong relationship management to deliver long-term, sustainable growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Prospecting within your allocated geographic area to generate new management opportunities
* Building and nurturing long-term relationships with landlords, developers, and referral partners
* Growing the rent roll through a mix of self-generated business and warm leads
* Converting leads passed internally from sales agents
* Working alongside a dedicated prospector who is actively cold calling and building a strong database
* Collaborating with the Property Management team to ensure smooth onboarding and retention

About You
* Experience as a Property Management BDM or strong real estate sales background
