The OpportunityA dynamic opportunity exists for an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to support the marketing activities across two shopping centres in Perth's south, working closely with the onsite team and the national marketing function.

This role is part-time (3 days per week) and ideal for a creative, digitally savvy marketer seeking flexibility and hands-on experience within the retail property sector.

The Role
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll work onsite alongside the centre management team, while collaborating nationally with the broader marketing network.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Creating engaging social media content, website updates, and EDMs.
* Coordinating campaigns, events, and activations that drive community engagement.
* Supporting delivery of national marketing initiatives at a local level.
* Building strong relationships with retailers, customers, and community partners.
* Monitoring campaign performance, reporting on ROI, and supporting financial administration.
* Capturing on-site content and managing local communication channels.
* Assisting in the development and rollout of marketing plans and budgets.
* Participating in quarterly national marketing meetings and workshops.
* Quarterly travel to a centre in the south-west, all expenses paid for.
About You
* 2–3 years' experience in marketing (shopping centre or retail experience highly regarded but not essential).
* Degree qualified (Marketing, Communications or related field) or nearing completion.
* Confident content creator with sound digital and social media skills.
* Organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
* Strong communicator who enjoys community and tenant engagement.
* Enthusiastic, adaptable, and collaborative – a team player who brings ideas to life.
