About the role

Slades Beverages' is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our vibrant team in Thomastown, VIC. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and office support to ensure the smooth running of our daily operations.

What you'll be doing

Providing administrative assistance such as data entry, filing, and document management

Assisting with invoicing via MYOB

Handling customer inquiries and customer issues with professionalism and efficiency

Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries from customers and stakeholders

Performing general office duties and contributing to a positive team environment

What we're looking for

Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in the Administration & Office Support industry

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders

Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook and Adobe

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently

A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a positive, can-do attitude
