The Gist:
We are Everyday Massive. We help high-risk industries keep their people safe and well through consulting, leadership training, and communications. Until now, we've grown through reputation, referrals, and speaking events.
Location:
Palm Beach, QLD (HQ). But we may be open to remote candidates located in Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne.
About The Role:
You will be the operational heartbeat of our growth team. This isn't just about posting on social media; it's about owning the systems, the data, and the schedule that keeps our sales and marketing teams aligned. You will act as the "air traffic controller" for our content and the "architect" of our CRM.
Your Core Mission:
* The Marketing Engine: You will own the content calendar. This means scheduling social posts, coordinating email sequences, wrangling assets from our creative team, and liaising with CX leads to ensure our message lands.
* The HubSpot Expert: You are the guardian of our CRM. You will maintain hygiene across deals and contacts, build workflows, manage campaign automations, and ensure our data is spotless.
* Sales Enablement: You'll support the sales team by preparing proposals/decks, routing inbound enquiries, and generating the weekly reports that give us commercial visibility.
* Events Support: You'll help us show up big. From promoting events to managing attendee comms and post-event follow‑up sequences.
* Reporting: You'll help us to understand and interpret what our marketing and sales efforts are delivering, by providing useful, clear and accurate information such as marketing metrics, lead flows, campaign performance and overall CRM health.

* B2B DNA: You understand how businesses buy from other businesses. You know that a lead isn't just a name; it's a relationship to be nurtured.
* HubSpot Proficiency: This is non‑negotiable. You know your way around the backend of HubSpot (workflows, lists, reporting, and pipeline management).
* Process‑Obsessed: You love a tidy pipeline. You enjoy setting up systems that make life easier for everyone else.
* Content Savvy: You can manage a schedule, ensure assets are ready on time, and press 'go' on campaigns without breaking a sweat.
* Data‑Minded: You can pull a report that tells us exactly how our campaigns are performing and where our leads are coming from.
