About the Role
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide high-quality technical assistance to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner
* Triage requests and incidents, conduct further investigation as required, and progress delivery or resolution
* Provide telephone support to customer staff on equipment operation and fault-finding
* Develop a deep understanding of our product set from a setup and support perspective
Additional responsibilities include completing allocated tasks to required quality within agreed completion schedules, ensuring all support Service Level Agreements are met, conducting maintenance activities on IT systems and equipment, generating knowledge articles, and performing quality assurance on returned merchandise authorization activity.
