We are seeking an experienced
Site Manager
to deliver a commercial fit-out project in Batemans Bay on a 16-week programme. This is a hands-on role suited to a proactive professional with strong commercial fit-out experience and the ability to manage site activities from start to finish.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard of quality.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily site operations and subcontractors
* Coordinate trades, materials, and site logistics
* Ensure compliance with WHS, quality, and environmental standards
* Liaise with project managers, consultants, and client representatives
* Maintain programme milestones and drive productivity
* Conduct site meetings and report on progress
* Oversee defect management and project completion
About You
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit-out projects
* Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and services coordination
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to manage tight timeframes and fast-paced programmes
* Current White Card
* Proficient with construction software's such as Procore, Jobpac, Hammertech
* First Aid and relevant site safety certifications (preferred)
