Junior Recruitment Consultant – Launch Your Recruitment Career at Compas
Kickstart your recruitment career with Compas as a Junior Recruitment Consultant. You'll support end-to-end recruitment across contract and permanent roles, learning the ropes from experienced consultants while building candidate networks, assisting with client delivery, and developing the skills to run your own desk over time.
Location: Canberra ACT
Essential Tasks:
* Support end-to-end recruitment: job ads, candidate screening, interview coordination and onboarding
* Source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, job boards and database/ATS searching
* Maintain candidate and client records in the CRM/ATS and assist with reporting
* Provide a great candidate experience through clear, timely communication
Key Criteria
* Confident communicator with a professional phone manner and strong relationship skills
* Highly organised with attention to detail and the ability to juggle priorities
* Proactive attitude, resilience, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
