We're hiring an IT Analyst (Level 1/2 Support) to join a supportive and forward-thinking organisation with a fantastic team culture, strong benefits, and real opportunities for growth. This role has become available due to an internal promotion into the cyber team.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with potential for extension for the right candidate. The role is hybrid, working on a shift pattern for a 24-hour Service Desk team.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Acting as the first point of contact for IT support, helping resolve a wide range of Level 1 and 2 issues.
* Managing requests via phone, MS Teams, portal, email, and in person, always with a focus on excellent service.
* Supporting systems including Windows, Active Directory, Office 365, SharePoint, VOIP, mobile devices, and more.
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation, managing assets and procurement processes.
* Supporting video conferencing and meeting room tech.
* Contributing to knowledge base updates and identifying process improvement opportunities.
What You'll Bring:
* A degree in IT (or similar), or 5+ years of hands-on IT support experience in a corporate/enterprise environment.
* Strong communication and troubleshooting skills, with a calm, solutions-focused approach.
* Experience across core technologies like Windows, Office 365, networking, mobile devices, and standard IT support tools.
* A commitment to teamwork, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
Bonus Points For:
* Certifications like A+, MCP, or ITIL.
* Experience with tools like Ivanti, SCCM, Splunk, VMware, or RSA.
* Familiarity with ITSM best practices and procedures.
