About the Client:
Government department tasked with making life easier, accessible, and equitable for thousands of individuals and families across Australia. Currently seeking for a talented Business Analyst to join their busy team for a casual 12 months temporary assignment.
About the Role
As a Business Analyst, you will work with impacted stakeholders to design and deliver improvements that deliver quality outcomes and enhance client experience. In addition, your key duties are as follows:
* Produce reports, interpreting data and analysing results using standard statistical techniques.
* Coordinate divisional and branch reporting requirements to monitor and track improvement and performance outcomes.
* Develop business functional requirements and resources, consistent with contractual, legislative and policy environments.
* Translate business metrics to inform internal stakeholder requirements including efficiency, improvement and performance outcomes to optimise customer experience.
* Design and deliver workshops, communication and consultation resources that support complex systems and business information gathering and sharing.
* Establish and implement governance and compliance processes, dashboards and management systems to track branch and divisional performance against plans and targets.
* Implement and maintain audit and risk processes, controls and undertaking issues resolution
About You
To be successful in this role, you must have:
* Proven experience in a similar Business Analyst role
* Experience with Customer Records Management Systems, including Salesforce
* Experience with developing and testing on-screen guidance
* Experience developing and testing automated correspondence
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
