The role of Payroll and Systems Manager is pivotal in ensuring timely and accurate processing of weekly and fortnightly payrolls across Australia.
Reporting to the appropriate manager, this senior role will oversee a team responsible for managing payroll processes, providing recommendations and solutions for remuneration, and analysing industry trends and relevant market data.
* Provide leadership and direction to the team, ensuring resources and skills are available to achieve results.
* Develop and optimise an understanding of team strengths, weaknesses, and development opportunities, setting team KPIs.
* Manage payroll and remuneration processes, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislative requirements and organisational policies.
* Monitor and analyse remuneration industry trends and relevant market data to benchmark practices and programs.
* Previous experience in payroll and remuneration management, preferably within retail/FMCG industries.
* High level of knowledge in payroll compliance and operating complex payroll systems.
* Degree or equivalent in HR, Accounting, Payroll, or related field.
* Strong analytical and numerical skills, with advanced Microsoft Office skills.
