Assistant Ginner Industry
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Ginner to join our team. As an Assistant Ginner, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of all areas under your control.
The successful candidate will have a mechanical background or trade experience, with the ability to identify and implement best practices. They will also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees, customers, and third parties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Gin Operation and Safety
* Maintenance - Monitoring and maintaining machinery and equipment to the highest standard
* Employee Supervision
* Work Permits - Assisting site management with ensuring work permits are completed for all high-risk activities
Requirements:
* Mechanical Experience or Trade Background
* Able to Identify/Control Weaknesses in Process and Implement Best Practices
* Self-Starter with Ability to Work Independently Takes Initiative and Challenges when Required
* Good Work Ethic and Team Player
* Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills with Attention to Detail and Accuracy
