Job Title: Sous Chef

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Sous Chef to join our culinary team. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for the daily running of the kitchen, supporting a great kitchen team, and maintaining high-quality menu management.

The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in fast-paced kitchens serving high-quality menus. They will be able to run all areas of the kitchen, particularly in the Head Chef's absence. The successful candidate will also have an understanding of modern Australian cuisine and current market trends.
