**Footwear Store Manager - Canberra Outlet Centre**
Our Client is launching their new store at the Outlet Centre, but don't let the location dishearten you as this brand is fashion focused with collections inspired from around the globe to rock the ACT footwear fanatics.

**_ What you will be responsible for,_**
- Providing style advice for the shoe loves of the ACT
- Inspiring your team of style consultants
- Motivate your team to reach and exceed sales targets and KPI's
- Use your creative accord through Visual merchandising
- Liaise with Area / State Manager to achieve operational goals
- Build and maintain relationships with affiliated company stakeholders at all levels
**_ What you need to secure an interview_**
- Previous team leadership experience in a fashion focused environment
- A consultative approach to selling and offer personalised solutions
- Experience in management of rosters, store KPI's and reporting
- A personality and management style that is collaborative, motivating and positive
