Head of Finance Job Opportunity
We're seeking an exceptional Finance Leader to join our leadership team and take ownership of our financial strategy, governance, and growth enablement.
This is a rare opportunity - the first time in 8.5 years this role has been available.

Key Responsibilities:
* Leading the development and execution of our financial strategy
* Providing insights and recommendations to guide organisational growth and investment
* Overseeing all financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and compliance activities
* Managing and mentoring a small (but growing), high-performing finance team
* Partnering with the CEO and leadership team to deliver against key organisational priorities
* Supporting systems improvements, data and reporting optimisation, and risk management initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* CPA-qualified (or equivalent), with 5+ years in a senior finance leadership role
* Strong commercial and strategic acumen with a passion for operational excellence
* A track record of leading teams, coaching talent, and building scalable finance functions
* Ability to engage, influence, and build trust with internal and external stakeholders through clear and confident communication
* A curious mindset, high integrity, and a genuine interest in contributing to something meaningful
