About the Roles:

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, motivate and develop front and back of house teams
* Drive exceptional customer service standards
* Manage rostering, labour costs and wage budgets
* Oversee stock control, ordering and supplier relationships
* Ensure compliance with licensing, health and safety regulations
* Handle customer feedback professionally and proactively
* Support marketing initiatives and local area engagement
* Deliver strong financial performance and meet KPIs

* Proven experience in hospitality or venue management
* High energy with a strong presence on the floor
* Customer-first mindset with outstanding communication skills
* Strong leadership and team development capabilities
* Financially literate with experience managing budgets and costs

* Available to work evenings and weekends
