Key Responsibilities:
Oversee Daliy Bistro Operations, ensuring smooth service and high quality standards of good quality and presentation
Coordinate and manage functions and events, from initial planning through execution, ensuring client satisfaction
Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house and kitchen staff to provide excellent customer service, including rostering front of house staff to required budgets
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve operational efficiency.
Maintain Inventory, and purchasing of supplies
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and maintain a clean and welcoming environment,
About you
Proven Experience as a Bistro Leader, Manager, Restaurant Manager, Functions Manager
Strong Leadership Skills
Excellent Organizational Skills & Multitasking Abilities
Knowledge of food & beverage services, event planning and budget management
Ability to work adaptable hours including evening and weekends.
