Strategic Remuneration Expert
We are seeking a seasoned professional to play a pivotal role in enhancing our client's remuneration framework for overseas missions. This strategic position involves managing and maintaining the consistency, defensibility, and strategic alignment of remuneration decisions in complex international environments.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across HR, accounting, advanced Excel, and economic analysis. They will be responsible for conducting annual reviews of LES remuneration, applying actuarial data, economic modelling, and market intelligence to determine salary adjustments, and ensuring completeness, centralisation, and audit defensibility of remuneration data inputs and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough annual reviews of LES remuneration across global missions.
* Apply complex data analytics, including actuarial models, to inform salary adjustments.
* Develop and maintain an Excel-based remuneration analysis model, leveraging PowerQuery for data connections and formula validation.
* Ensure timely and accurate data returns from survey processes across missions.
* Lead procurement of market remuneration data, integrating supplier datasets into centralised models.
Requirements
* Strong background in HR, accounting, and remuneration/economic data analysis.
* Advanced Excel capability, including PowerQuery and model maintenance.
* Proven experience in remuneration reviews, salary adjustments, and data-driven decision-making.
* Ability to document assumptions and ensure defensible audit trails.
