MACA are seeking experienced Auto Electricians to join our business across a number of projects with the opportunity to work on heavy mobile equipment. Offering 2/1 rosters with FIFO options available from Perth and Jandakot.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance in line with manufacturers and management requirements.
- Diagnosing, repairing and overhauling plant and equipment including but not limited to trucks, drill rigs and generators.
- Maintaining, diagnosing and repairing hydraulic components.
- Dismantling, repairing and reassembling engines, transmissions, steering columns and other components.
- Diagnosing and repairing heavy vehicle fuel systems.
- Testing repaired parts for performance.
- Using computers and specialised tools to diagnose and repair faults.
- Inspecting vehicles and machinery for faults.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology.
- Automotive Airconditioning licence.
- Experience working on Heavy mobile mining equipment - CAT, Komatsu, Epiroc.
- Ability to perform preventative maintenance through scheduled inspections, servicing adjustments, troubleshooting and timely repair of heavy mobile plant equipment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- HR Drivers Licence preferable.
- Highly motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Good knowledge and ability to follow work health & safety procedures and policies.
