Purpose of the Role

The Senior Marketing Analyst plays a key role in leading and continuously enhancing NGM Group's direct marketing and CRM capability. You will analyse customer behaviour, assess campaign performance across channels, and identify strategic opportunities to maximise engagement, retention, and MFI outcomes.

Working within our new cloud-based analytics and campaign management platforms, you will generate actionable insights that inform targeted, high-performing campaigns across multiple brands, while ensuring data integrity and compliance through rigorous validation and quality checks.

What will your key responsibilities include?

* Drive the analytics for direct marketing and CRM activity, including customer segmentation, predictive modelling, response tracking and ROI measurement.
* Support the migration of two brands to a new cloud-based campaign management platform and help design new multi‑brand campaign and customer lifecycle structures.
* Develop in-depth, actionable insights to support the build, executions and optimisation of direct marketing campaigns
* Conduct customer data analysis and provide insights into opportunities to improve engagement and retention.
* Design and implement end-to-end User Acceptance Testing processes for direct marketing campaigns within the CRM and campaign management platforms, ensuring quality and accuracy.
* Mentor junior analysts and support capability uplift within the team.

What are we looking for?

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have proven, hands‑on experience in full lifecycle campaign analytics within a campaign management platform (e.g., SAS CI, Unica, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce), complemented by strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets. You'll also bring strong experience in marketing analytics and reporting, including customer segmentation, predictive modelling, campaign performance evaluation, response tracking, and translating insights into actionable recommendations to optimise campaigns.

Given the highly regulated nature of banking, it is essential that you operate effectively within established processes, controls and governance frameworks, ensuring data integrity and compliance at every stage.
