This Role Is For You If You
* Have the drive and relentlessness to hunt top professional Engineering talent
* Love deep, meaningful conversations and stepping into an advisory role
* Care deeply about quality, long lasting relationship and outcomes.
* Are highly motivated, energetic, and bring a growth mindset
* Value professionalism, positive energy, collaboration, and autonomous ownership
* Have 5+ years (ideally agency) recruitment experience - engineering / technical preferred
* Want to grow with a thriving business that's expanding.
