What You'll Be Doing – Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and implementinfrastructure solutions that align with AEC's goals and compliance requirements
Lead Azure AD B2C identity and access managementinitiatives, including tenant configurations, user flows, custom policies, and integrations
Troubleshoot complex IAM challenges, including authentication, authorization, entitlements, and permissions
Work with infrastructure-as-code tools to automate and optimise cloud/on-prem systems
Support and maintain DevOps CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with development teams
Produce robust technical documentation, design papers, and knowledge transfer materials
Operate within Agile Delivery Teams or the System Team, collaborating closely with other internal and external partners
Be ready to support other duties as directed by program leadership – flexibility and proactivity matter here
What You Bring to the Table – Essential Skills & Experience
Deep experience withdesigning, developing, testing, implementing, andintegrating B2C tenants and policies
Skilled inUser FlowsandCustom Policiesfor real-world identity use cases
Confident troubleshooting identity and access management issues
Familiar with integrating third-party and legacy systems into Azure AD B2C
Strong hands-on knowledge of key Azure services
Familiarity withGIT version controlandbranching strategies
Experienced with DevOps CI/CD pipeline tools, particularly within Microsoft ecosystems
Proven ability to improve build, test, and deployment capabilities via automation technologies
Able to work withinmulti-disciplinary, geographically distributed teams
Strong interpersonal skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
A naturalmentorwho enjoys sharing knowledge and elevating team capabilities
Bonus Points – Desirable Criteria
Relevantcloud or IT certifications, especially in Microsoft Azure
Familiarity with IT frameworks such asITILandTOGAF
Understanding ofCommonwealth ICT frameworks, policies, and governance standards
