HomeFront Australia is seeking a Site and Platform Administrator to support the administration, coordination, and publishing of approved digital content across our digital platforms.
This is an operational and execution-focused role. It is not a content creation, copywriting, design, or strategy position. The role exists to ensure accuracy, consistency, governance, and reliable reporting across websites, social media platforms, and e-commerce systems.

We partner with Government agencies and community organisations, connecting clients with over 1,500 vetted service providers nationwide. Every interaction builds trust, comfort, and confidence.
Key responsibilities include:
• Uploading and scheduling approved content across HomeFront Australia's social media platforms
• Administering WordPress websites, including HomeFront Australia, Op Oz, and HomeFront Living
• Uploading and updating approved content in line with direction and established processes
• Working confidently in the back end of WordPress, including dashboards, editors, and media libraries
• Administering the Shopify platform, including uploading products in a consistent and uniform manner
• Extracting performance metrics and preparing reports for marketing, media, and leadership teams
• Maintaining platform accuracy, hygiene, and consistency
• Working closely with marketing, media, and community teams to support their outputs
• Operating strictly in line with policies, procedures, and governance requirements
Experience & Fit
You will have 2+ years of practical experience working with WordPress and digital platforms in an administrative or coordinator capacity.
This role is suited to someone with a few years of hands-on experience administering digital platforms who is ready to take ownership of day-to-day publishing, platform accuracy, and operational delivery, without responsibility for strategy, campaigns, or content creation.
Desirable :
• Basic HTML or CSS experience for minor presentation-level adjustments
• Ability to do simple image edits (cropping, resizing, optimisation)
• Familiarity with WordPress page builders (from an admin perspective)
• Understanding of WCAG or accessibility basics
• Experience supporting multiple stakeholder teams
This role does not include:
• Content creation, copywriting, or media production
• Campaign management or strategy
• Developer or technical architecture responsibilities
