Scheduler & Operations Support Coordinator
At our organization, we are seeking a skilled Scheduler & Operations Support Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating daily jobs to electricians, apprentices and gate/security techs.
* Manage routes, timing and shifting priorities effectively.
* Coordinate urgent call-outs and emergency jobs with ease.
* Maintain accurate job notes and scheduling in Simpro.
* Keep customers informed through proactive updates.
The ideal candidate has experience running teams of some description in admin, hospitality, retail, logistics, medical or trades, and is able to support people confidently.
