HOBAN Recruitment is recruiting for the role of ASO6 level Case Manager on behalf of our client, located in REID, Canberra, ACT. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to support a leading vocational education provider in building a healthy, diverse, and innovative workforce.



About the Role:
Join a collaborative HR team to deliver high-level wellbeing and case management services that support employee health and engagement. Your focus will be early intervention, return-to-work strategies, and capability building through education and support.

* Provide expert advice on workers' compensation legislation, policy, and procedures
* Manage a range of early intervention, rehabilitation, and wellbeing programs
* Identify and respond to workplace trends and issues
* Partner with executive and management to implement strategic wellbeing initiatives
* Deliver learning and development programs on resilience, communication, and team dynamics
* Liaise with stakeholders across ACT Government for case management continuity
* Contribute to a high-performing HR team that values professionalism, adaptability, and accountability

About You:
You're a motivated and people-oriented professional with a passion for workplace wellbeing and case management. You thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy building relationships across all levels of an organisation.

* Demonstrated experience in rehabilitation, early intervention, and case management
* Strong knowledge of workers' compensation legislation and wellbeing policies
* Proven ability to deliver high-level advice and support to executives and staff
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Ability to develop and deliver wellbeing and capability-building programs
* Commitment to public service values, cultural diversity, inclusion, and professionalism
* Relevant qualifications in rehabilitation, counselling, social work, or a related field (highly regarded)
