This passionate and collaborative team are seeking a full-time Accounts Assistant to join their friendly and nurturing finance department in Kewdale.

**What will you be doing**:
Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be responsible for debit and credit entries, end-of-month reconciliation (creditors only), timecard entries and updating spreadsheets. This is a hands-on role, where you will have the opportunity to learn and grow your experience in a supportive environment.
**Additional duties will include**
- Keeping registers updated
- Inputting into payroll
- Answering calls
- Updating spreadsheets
**Requirements for the role**:
- Previous experience in a similar capacity
- Experience using MYOB
- Good Excel skills
- A positive attitude and desire to learn & develop
- Good communications skills
- Great attention to detail
