Job Title: Transformation and Implementation Leader
Job Description:
The Transformation and Implementation Leader role supports the Business Bank and Agribusiness division, requiring a seasoned change professional to drive successful implementation of new initiatives and continuous improvements.
* Guides leaders in implementing and embedding internal programs to boost performance and quality, ultimately improving both employee and customer experiences.
* Acts as a key liaison with business stakeholders, translating complex change impacts into clear strategies and understandable information.
This dynamic and high-impact role involves leading change implementation, developing and delivering training, stakeholder management, narrative development and communication, performance measurement and improvement, risk and resistance mitigation, and mentorship and team support.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will have:
* A tertiary qualification in Change or Project Management, or a related discipline.
* Deep experience in a similar complex technology-driven change or transformation project(s).
* Exposure to banking, ideally business banking or similar.
