General Labourer/Yard Hand needed for Baiada, one of the regions leading operators located in Beresfield.
Chandler Macleod have partnered with Baiada to assist them in sourcing reliable and motivated staff to join the team at their Beresfield processing facility.
This is a great opportunity to get a foot in the door with an industry leader and earn some great money along the way.
The role:
- Involves working in an workplace that can be dusty and loud, working around raw poultry products and completing manual handling tasks
- You will be required to load and unload trailers & tubs using the LF, move trailers around onsite, allocate products to correct trucks and complete general yard maintenance/clean up.
- Working 5 days per week - with potential overtime
- Day shift (6am til 2pm)
- $27.59 per hour + overtime + allowances
Essential Criteria:
- Must hold a current LF ticket
- Proven reliability and attendance record
- Able to follow safety procedures
- Physically able to work in a manual and repetitive role (lifting up to 25kg)
- Have a reliable method of transport to the site
- Must have full working rights within Australia
- Double vaccination against Covid-19
