Effective Retail Property Administration is a dynamic role within our commercial team. We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the legal and administrative aspects of lease preparation, assisting Leasing Executives with proposal preparations, approval forms, and documentation.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, able to remain focused on specific tasks, and have a solid understanding of relevant state & territory-based Retail Lease Act(s). They should also be able to build professional relationships with tenants, lawyers, and colleagues, as well as demonstrate effective multi-tasking and prioritizing skills.
Responsibilities include:
* Manage lease preparation, including drafting and reviewing contracts
* Assist Leasing Executives with proposal preparations, approval forms, and documentation
* Coordinate tenancy activities and respond to tenant inquiries
* Ensure lease negotiations comply with relevant legislation
