To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Proven success in a customer service role—bonus points if it was fast-paced!
Effective communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence or interest in working across multiple service channels such as telephony and digital platforms
A knack for multitasking and staying organised under pressure
Commitment to self-improvement and long-term career goals
