**About the role**
In this role you will be responsible for the sale of aftermarket vehicle accessories to the retail, trade and dealer network, liaising with our workshop staff, warehouse and suppliers to ensure productivity & profitability without compromising customer satisfaction.
Your role as Stock Controller will include but not be limited to
- Forecasting supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock
- Submitting purchase details (supplier information, invoices and pricing) to internal databases
- Placing orders to replenish merchandise as needed in conjunction with sales assistants requirements/orders
- Track shipments and address any delays
- Oversee the storage of products, particularly fragile items and ensure it is done effectively and safely
- Coordinate regular inventory audits and stock take
- Processing all incoming stock from the warehouse, suppliers or other stores
- Processing invoices of completed workshop jobs
- Scheduling of upcoming workshop jobs
- Ensuring adequate stock to complete workshop jobs
- Maintaining customer satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate stock lists.
- Ensure the stockroom, delivery dock, and office space is kept clean, safe, and organised
- Organising logistics accordingly.
- Update sales staff on pending orders, orders arrived in full or supplier issues
- Assist with other aspects of the business as required
- Follow all companies policies, procedures and work health and safety.
**Benefits and perks**
The position is Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with an option to work Saturday's from 8:30am till 1:00pm which is paid above award and in addition to your regular hours/days.
Above award rates (rate dependant on experience) and 10.5% Superannuation, annual leave loading as well as on-the-job training and staff discounts.

**Skills and experience**
An interest in 4WD suspension, accessories, and an outdoor lifestyle is preferred but not essential. Our customers expect to be greeted by someone with the knowledge and a passion for our products, industry, and the lifestyle they bring.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
