About the Job
We're seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring a clean and welcoming store environment.
* Our ideal candidate will provide outstanding customer service, work independently and as part of a team, perform moderate to heavy lifting and reaching, adhere to flexible scheduling, including late nights, early mornings, and weekends, and learn and promote various products and specials.
You'll be working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. We're looking for someone who is proactive, friendly, and able to multitask with ease.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and be passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience.
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess excellent customer service skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and be willing to learn and take on new challenges.
You'll also need to be physically fit, able to lift up to 25kg, and be comfortable working in a variety of environments.
