Join a highly regarded commercial builder delivering quality industrial and commercial projects across SEQ. This builder specialises in warehouse, office, and industrial developments, typically ranging from $3M–$7M.
They are now looking for a Site Foreman to join the team.
They are open to someone earlier in their leadership journey who is eager to learn, grow, and be mentored, while also being willing to follow proven systems and processes.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Coordinating day-to-day site operations across commercial and industrial projects
* Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely and on schedule
* Driving quality workmanship and maintaining strong site standards
* Working closely with the Project Manager and senior leadership team
* Helping deliver warehouse and office developments up to $7M in value
What They’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in commercial or industrial construction
* Experience as a Leading Hand, Junior Foreman, Foreman or similar
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
* Someone who takes pride in delivering quality projects and working collaboratively
