About the business
INSTANDA Asia Pacific is an award winning scale-up in the Asia Pacific insurance market challenging the status quo. We have the distribution rights to an exciting software tool which fundamentally changes how companies who sell insurance can design and deliver insurance products to the market. We work directly with Insurers, Underwriting Agencies, and Brokers. Using leading edge technologies, the INSTANDA no-code insurance software is entirely configurable from the ground up. Due to ongoing growth, we are now looking to grow our configuration / business analyst resource through a number of key hires.
About the roles
These positions will form part of our existing Configuration Delivery team and will focus upon the planning, scoping / requirements gathering / solution design and associated configuration aspect for our clients and customers. Working within a small but growing team, you will be responsible for customer success by ensuring all aspects of defining the client's requirements (and our associated configuration activities) are completed to the right quality in accordance to the requirements stage plan you'll manage.
Responsibilities will include:
* Organising, preparing for and running product discovery sessions with prospective and existing clients
* Gathering and defining client requirements / business processes and the associated configuration implementation plan
* Implementing, configuring and supporting the selected INSTANDA solution (we provide training – no coding required)
* Supporting the UAT process of the INSTANDA configuration and of new functionalities
* Taking a hands-on approach to trouble shooting
* Participating in other pre-sales activities such as requests for proposal, demonstrations and Discovery and Design sessions
* Note: Travel may be required to other capital cities and potentially internationally within Asia Pacific in order to support our clients

Skills and experience
As we are recruiting for a number of roles we invite all skills and experience to apply, from recent / upcoming graduates to industry veterans looking to create some more spark, but the following experience is given as a guide:
* A degree in Maths, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent degree is an asset but not a requirement
* Experience of SaaS or platform technology solutions will be a distinct advantage
* Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with at least 2 years of direct experience within the Insurance sector a distinct advantage
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair to express technical concepts in an everyday language
* Note that this role will involve interaction with our global partners so may involve flexible working to reflect different timezones - an ability to self manage time and outputs is key
