* Support residents with mobility and communication needs, and assist in implementing therapies according to treatment plans.
* Assist with rehabilitation exercises, basic treatments, and delivery of medications.
* Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
* Built strong relationships with residents to enhance their treatment and overall well-being.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in aged care or a passion to begin a career in aged care.
