What you'll do
As an Employment Coach in our team, you'll:
* Get to know job seekers' strengths, skills and goals — then match them with the right opportunities.
* Create personalised career plans and coach people to prepare for and sustain employment.
* Link job seekers with training, support services, and community connections to set them up for long‐term success.
* Build strong employer and community networks to open more doors for the people you support.
What you'll bring
1. Great communication skills and the ability to build trust and lasting relationships.
2. Strong organisation and multitasking — you're someone who keeps things on track.
3. A team‐first attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with employers, colleagues and community partners.
(You'll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don't worry, we'll help guide you through this.)
4. Experience in customer service, recruitment, employment services or community support.
5. Confidence using Microsoft Office and case management systems.
