Storeperson – Immediate Start

An Engineering firm is seeking a highly motivated Storeperson for an immediate start. This is a Monday to Friday role offering consistent hours and excellent pay. You must be a go-getter with an attention to detail and positive attitude.
About the Role
You will be responsible for the efficient operation of the store and fleet management, ensuring vehicles are allocated and booked as required, maintained in accordance with servicing schedules, and fully compliant with site requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Receiving, checking, and storing incoming goods
* Issuing parts, tools, and consumables to personnel
* Operating a forklift safely and efficiently
* Maintaining accurate inventory and stock control
* Ensuring vehicles and forklifts are up to date with servicing, inspections, and compliance requirements
* Coordinating and completing vehicle onboarding to site, including required documentation
* Maintaining housekeeping of store, laydown, and vehicle areas
* Complying with all site safety systems, procedures, and reporting requirements
Essential Requirements
* Forklift licence (essential)
* Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
* Ability to work 10-hour days, Monday to Friday
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
* Strong commitment to safety
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
