The Employer & The Role Our clients are a family-owned business located in the Wimmera Region of Victoria, operating a broadacre cropping farm that spans 2,300 hectares. They produce wheat, barley, lentils, faba beans, and oaten hay, utilising a modern fleet of John Deere machinery and a Case Sprayer with Greenstar and Trimble technology. They are currently seeking a skilled farmhand to join their team. The farmhand will be responsible for carrying out daily tasks in a safe, responsible, and efficient manner. This includes participat i ng in all aspects of the cropping program, such as spreading, spraying, sowing, and harvesting, while also contributing to farm development and improvement. The role involves operating, servicing, and cleaning machinery, as well as upholding the company's standards. The ideal candidate will work effectively and cooperatively with the farm manager and independently, demonstrating forward-thinking, proactivity, politeness, and a willingness to contribute to the growth of the business.
